Can only comment on booking experience but the website was easy to navigate and there are a range of policies to view. Application form was straightforward for the majority of people it will be a 'box ticking'exercise. Confirmation was quick and documents can be viewed, printed or saved to a digital wallet.

This company were the best on price for what I was looking for. My telephone queries was dealt with swiftly and efficiently, will certainly use them again.

Great quote and easy process to purchase travel insurance. Confirmatory email and access to policy was immediate and cannot fault the buying aspect - no claim so cannot comment beyond that.

Cover wise provided the most competitive quote via Compare the Market search. I cannot comment on the policy as I haven’t had to make a claim. Buying online was straightforward. No box to request hard copy of policy, but was cheap enough to accept that compromise.

Cheap and easy to purchase. The problems come if you had to make a claim. I couldn't travel and made a claim in January 2022, I've had emails every 3 months or so asking for additional information. Have sent over multiple documents and chased twice. Have just received another email asking for more documents, which I've already sent! It's been over a year now, I'm not counting on receiving my money. AVOID

I can't comment on how good the product is as I haven't claimed and hope I don't need to. However, for my needs and compared to what other providers offer for the money, this was by far the best.

Not traveling until June and realised we had not included gadget and travel disruption cover. Yes, it was after the 14 days cooling off period, but was shocked to be told that they could not add this to the policy. "Our systems won't let us" nonsense. Now we are stuck with a dud, or we were told we can buy another policy... from them! (what a cheek!).
Remember, there are other providers out there and sometimes these "cheap-as-chips" quoting firms are just exactly that. Be careful.

I rang to renew an annual policy that had to include recent health issues and the girls I spoke too was so helpful, she was understanding and I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make any decision there and then, she went through my new policy and made sure I was happy with what I was getting, great service throughout, and because of this I purchased my new policy there and then...

Unfortunately we had to cancel our holiday due to illness and as always we are unable to get in touch with the insurance company either by telephone or email so unless something is sorted out we will not be using this company for future travel.

I have used your company before and your prices and cover are the best. I have recommended you to family and friends and they have all been satisfied.

I’ve never known travel insurance to be so quick and easy to purchase, just a few minutes and it was done, which to me is very important.
Reasonable prices too , with good extensive cover, would definitely recommend.

I did this on a mobile and I wouldn’t recommend it. There was too much information for a small screen. Otherwise a good experience.

The customer service advisor was really helpful and patient with the queries I had. She cancelled my original online policy and guided me through a new policy which addressed my queries. Prompt emails were sent by her and refund for the cancelled policy processed.
